The base service charge is $65. This covers diagnostics and most general fixes including virus removal. Charges after the initial service charge is at a rate of $65/hour
All charges above the base service charge are quoted to the customer before being charged, so you have the option to decide whether you want to proceed or not. This includes labor and any parts needing to be ordered.
All work is done in-shop to keep costs at a minimum.
